Proximity matters
local first
As a resident of the Twin Cities since 2010, and of East Phillips, Minneapolis, since 2019, I've come to realize that place matters. The ecosystems of sustainability, mutuality, and flourishing must always first attend to the intimate connections of place, where systems touch reality, and people are known as neighbors.

Operations, Systems, Program Development, & Interim Leadership
Here to Serve
With a background in production engineering (6 years) and experience in non-profit management (7+ years) putting the right-sized systems in-place is the easy part. But a well-oiled machine is only as good as its driver. So I'm committed to working with identified volunteer or staff leaders who want to see their community and mission flourish for the decades to come.
In parallel to leadership, management, and community organizing services, I also cultivate community in a variety of spaces where the beauty of people deepening roots and strengthening bonds continues to drive me. This inspires my more conceptual work with in-place community building practices and frameworks and expanding imaginations for belonging and kinship. Contact me if you're interested in workshops or resources that engage these topics.
